Neil Laney provided a quality service as well as identifying my needs as well as price and specification of the vehicle, he also kept me updated on the progress with the build as well as delivery date and arrival of the car.

I am Disabled and the car was parked at the entrance to the dealer ship on a slope furthest from the showroom the car was covered with dust I realized he was not familiar with the car when he was not aware of the preconditioning required with an EV

Regularly dealt with Liam and Amy these past 7 years. Whilst diagnostic check found no alarm fault, full investigation of wiring, o/s/r door completed with advice to return if false alarm activation recurs.

The service was fine, the car was cleaned which was a nice bonus, but the customer care could have been better. There is also no designated parking spots for dropping cars off for a service.

The girl who processed my service (Amy), managed to find me a saving on the total cost and did so with a smile and a very professional attitude. The staff who greeted me got me a tea and some biscuits and the service itself was quicker than expected

I was told that BMW know there is a problem with brake notificaton but have no solution - worrying. Battery - i was told depends on weather, but my car is charged in garage where the temp around the 55-60 degree mark.

Did not keep me updated on time frame of repairs. Just tried to keep vehicle all day just because was a recall an free service. Which took couple of hours. After dropping car off an Queuing at 8.00 am, an not picking vehicle back up at approx 3/4 pm

A wonderful experience on every visit. The reception and sales staff are simply outstanding, and a real pleasure to deal with. Limited exposure to service staff, seemed somewhat inconsistent verging on suboptimal. Room for improvement on attitude.

I took my car for service n I was sent a quote for new wipers n I declined and they still changed them n billed me. My car was also supposed to be washed and cleaned and I got it back dirty. When I asked they said pipes froze but nobody told me prior

A few minor items, lack of attention to detail - tyres were adjusted and under inflated according to the wheel / tyre size. Service history still shows warning for pads that were changed. And one of my aftermarket dust caps missing.

1. The interior of the car was dirty after service, e.g. marks on the seats, finger prints on dashboard. 2. Engine oil error message appeared after the service, which meant I have to bring the car back again to get it sorted.

This visit was for repairs, not servicing. Repair was completed on time. I had to leave my car there and was not offered a courtesy car. Not an issue for me, but it would have been nice to be asked....

Inchcape were very welcoming and professional when we delivered our car. They completed the work very promptly whilst we waited and returned the car in an immaculate condition as they always do. They fitted the car in urgently as it was a tyre.

Same as above. Really nice friendly people, but the overall experience is that of a budget car brand, not a premium car brand. Is it because it was owned by Coopers and now Inchcape? Have Inchcape just always not been up to the mark of the brand?

Upon arrival when I was asked if I was being collected and replied no, there was no discussion of when my vehicle would be ready, or any offer to ring for a taxi or organise a courtesy lift.
