Car delivery was a month sooner than expected. Handover was really good with salesman spending a good amount of time explaining the features of the new car.

While the recall, was to satisfaction, unfortunately the valet service was disappointing. Due to having 20+ year old car paint was chipped and my badges were stripped to silver due to a jet wash being used. I was not made aware of the valet service.

my bmw was in for an MOT, but you advised a brake service was due shortly and completed this at same time. you also replaced a front side light bulb for MOT, which you had to source someway else, but i appreciated the effort to get.

Jess at inchcape colchester was amazing! I messed my collection date up due to family falling ill, she had no drivers ti re arrange so kindly came out of her way to collect my car.... then dropped it back in very good time. Amazing service.

Because none of the faults I had raised were addressed, my car was washed when I had given specific instructions to not wash it and on top of that my car was damaged.

Only went in for airbag recall, when they discovered the wrong airbag in stock, offered to taxi me home as the replacement had to come from Ipswich. Car given a health check with report, vacuumed inside and the outside washed.
