Polite and knowledgeable staff, nothing is ever to much and they make you feel like it's a personal service which is a nice touch. The car always comes back sparkling aswell which is excellent.

Fantastic - Understanding the appalling behaviour of BMW UK Service approach to my service pack Conor and the service team / management recovered the situation by only charging me £200 probably their costs so their performance in my mind was Great.

I was sent a video of how to check in online etc but I wasn't sent this until after I'd taken my car to the garage and it had already had its MOT. It would've made the process a little smoother if this was sent out with the booking confirmation.

Went in for a health check on my vehicle which they completed and identified an outstanding recall. They provided me with a temporary vehicle whilst they completed the recall work.
As said in previous answer the point of sale service and aftresales service is excellent. a very efficient and polite team delivering a high standard of service even during this difficult time due to Covid 19
The only thing that could be improved is if you could provide an estimate/exact time for pick up.

No stress most done by emails and phones calls as per COVID collection of vehicle was again very easy considering the restrictions in place will visit when open to book a once over on some of the features
